In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the greb89 website accessible at https://greb89.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to greb89 and its affiliated operating entities that own and operate the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah (IDR) amount held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by greb89 to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.

• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, from which date the current version of these Terms & Conditions applies.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, greb89 reserves the right to close all but the most recently registered account and forfeit any balances held across the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility. You must notify greb89 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. greb89 reserves the right to require verification of any information provided. Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate termination.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on greb89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR via supported Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

greb89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500.000, or at any time greb89 deems verification necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

4.1 Required Documents

Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must show full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming the account holder's name matches the registered account name.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases, or cases requiring additional documentation, may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion; no interest or compensation is payable on funds during the review period.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

5.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account held by someone other than the registered Account holder) will be rejected and returned to the original sender, minus any processing fees incurred by greb89.

5.5 No Deposit Fees

greb89 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. greb89 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the Member made their most recent deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must first verify ownership of that account through the KYC process.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will be rejected and the funds returned to your Account Balance.

6.3 Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for verified accounts. Gold tier VIP members receive priority processing within 2 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours (Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 WIB) or during Indonesian public holidays may take up to 48 hours.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Game Contribution

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by greb89. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where there is suspicion of fraud, collusion, or technical error. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended except where greb89 identifies an obvious error.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. In cases where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final once the result is displayed.

8.3 Void Bets

greb89 reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances: obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, duplicate bet due to system error, match-fixing or corruption discovered post-event, or any circumstance where the integrity of the betting market has been compromised.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Single bet maximum payout: Rp 500.000.000. Mix parlay (multi-selection accumulator) maximum payout: Rp 1.000.000.000. These limits apply per betting slip, not per account or per day.

8.5 Fair Play

Members must not engage in any activity that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Platform, including but not limited to: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit at greb89's expense. Evidence of such activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the greb89 Platform:

• Registration of multiple accounts or use of false identity information
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or proceeds of crime
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software
• Using VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tools to disguise your location or identity
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or introducing viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward greb89 staff or other Members
• Claiming chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions in bad faith
• Exploiting technical glitches or vulnerabilities for personal gain

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance where the breach is confirmed.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and data displayed on or distributed through the greb89 Platform are the property of greb89 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The greb89 name and logo are registered trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense Platform content to any third party
• Use the greb89 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission

11.1 Service Availability

While greb89 endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. greb89 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruption, scheduled maintenance, technical malfunction, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

greb89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other Members
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith

• Any other circumstance where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to greb89's interests or regulatory obligations

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to the Platform is immediately revoked. Where termination is due to a breach of terms, greb89 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance. Where termination is for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees or liabilities.

greb89 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered Members by email and/or via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms serving the Indonesia market.
